Sales Order Entry - Item Specific UoM conversion is not used. Why could this happen?

We have set up the Item Specific UoM conversion. However, we have discovered that P4210 is not using an item-specific UoM conversion. Secondly, P4210 also does not fetch price updated for any product

(1) System Constants

Sales Price Retrieval UOM is blank. This means system will retrieve Base Price using Primary UoM

(2) Price Constants

(3) Item Master - Basic Item Tab - We have updated LB or Pound as the Primary Unit of Measurement

(4) UoM conversion set up - We have defined the item specific Unit of Measure called C1 and have updated the conversion rate

(5) Item Base Price - We have defined the Base Price for specific Branch/Plant and the customer for LB which is the Primary UoM
