Consol all doesn't impact journal levels in future periods

We have realized that running a consol all or a force calculate contribution is not impacting the journal value members - except entity currency adj - in future periods.

This on the latest version / patches.

I would say this worked some time ago in a prior release, but not 100%.

Is there anybody having the same experience / issue with this?
