Patch set upgrade from 15.9 to 15.16

Hi Currently we are in implementation phase using e Communication application (Customer Order Management with ABO enabled) and we are in 15.9, we see some of the issues like Bug 22690642, so we are planning to apply patch set 15.16.

Please let us know if any known issues other than mentioned in the release notes.
