Diagnostics v1.21 with Acme Packet 4600

Acme Packet 4600 ECZ7.3.0 MR-2 Patch 1 (Build 212). We recently ran diagnostics v1.21 on our Acme packet 4600 at the end of the diags we failed 1mtestGaeta0TighPolConfig for ZL9117M POL device . Is there some manual that describes what ZL9117M POL and 1mtestGaeta0TighPolConfig are?  Thanks in Advance.
