Siebel IP15 Search Integration with OSES 11.2.2.2.0 fails with SBL-EAI-05162

Hi All,

I am trying to implement Siebel Search on IP 15 and OSES 11.2.2.2.0

While configuring Identitiy Management Activation of Siebel 8 Identity Plug In Fails with below error.

SBL-EAI-05162

SOAP Security Header UsernameToken is required for operation 'SearchSecurityServicegetAllSecurityValues_1'.(SBL-EAI-0516

Please can some one help me with this issue.
