Incorrect shipment end time

Hi All,

We are using OTM 6.4.1. Our order release has delivery date window (early delivery/late delivery dates) and our date emphasis is DELV. We have TL-SIMULATION rate service setup with driver rest time/drive time.

We are noticing that at times, OTM plans our shipments with incorrect end time. For example, our late delivery date on order release was 2016-11-18 15:00:00. OTM planned the shipment with Planned arrival time at stop as "2016-11-18 15:00:00". For planned departure from stop2, the date/time value is 2016-11-19 03:00:00. This means our carriers get a wrong shipment end time. Further analysis indicate, OTM added 10 hours rest time + 2 hours activity time on planned arrival and calculated planned departure date.
