How do you purge user data? (e.g. custom grids, queries, and favorites)

E1 users can create lots of configurations for themselves, such as default printers, favorites, custom grids, queries, and other user overrides.

In Tools 9.1.5.5, is there a way to purge all this data for users who have left your company?
