Update statement taking lot of time

Recently we have found some simple update statement taking lot of time and interestingly UTL_RECOMP is coming as PL/SQL source(Line number).Please find the attached screenshot from OEM.Can somebody help me to understand what does it mean?

We are running 11 GR2 in solaris 10.
