Payroll Constants

Hi,

Just like the General Ledger, AP, AR and Inventory has Constants to have Management approval for posting Journal entries generated by these modules, do we have something similar in Payroll of HR module.

For Payroll entries can we tell the JDE system to create batches in Pending status?
