OAB Interface

Hi Team,

We are doing an interface on loading Employee enrollment details. As part of that, need to upload new Medical plans to employees.  I am able achieve that using standard API, BEN_ELECTION_INFORMATION.ELECTION_INFORMATION_W. Whereas, few employees are already having current Medical plan too. Need to end date the current medical plan to 31-DEC-2016 and need to process new Medical plan from 01-Jan-2017.

On searching Oracle Support, in order to end date existing medical plan, I got the following info:

To properly 'end-date' a benefit; a life event must be processed in which the participant either does not have eligibility for the benefit wishing to be ended
