Displaying ???? Marks in BI Report for Arabic fonts

Hi All,

we developed customize BI customer statement report, it is generating report with question marks for Arabic fonts. can anyone tell me what could be the issue.

JDE E1 9.2 / 9.2.0.3 on Windows 2012 Platform
