Payables- Budgetary Control Report

Hello

Is there a seeded Budgetary Control Report for payables that provides information by Invoice number? When we do funds check on a invoice, and it fails funds - the view results spins for a long time and eventually times out.

Looking for an alternative that may be in a report format.
