BI Publisher post-processing actions failed

I have created XML report and run the report with system. But this error was occurred.

Post-processing of request 943520 failed at 07-NOV-2016 06:37:36 with the error message:

One or more post-processing actions failed. Consult the OPP service log for details.

Is this BI publisher compatibility version issue?
