Installation set up of jde 9.0 TR 8.98 required

Hi Team,

Currently we are running jde 9.0 with tr .8.98.42 with sql server 2008 and weblogic 11, I am planning to install lab setup is it possible to download jde old version or is there any other way to run that old jde version data in new jde version without help of developer or any functional consultant we have shortage of those consultants so please provide the best way how can i setup it and also provide the jde 9.0 with tr 8.98 download link if possible
