OPM Batch transaction can't add to IC_LOCT_INV table.

Hi,

      I got the problem about OPM Inventory r11i, when I done yield the product with line allocation.  The system can't add this quantity to onhand.   I try to check 2 tables were ic_tran_pnd  and ic_loct_inv, so

       : ic_tran_pnd    have the record with value complete_ind =1

       : ic_loct_inv      don't have the record to increase onhand

      What is the cause of this problem?  How to correct it?
