Few Hyperion Planning users are unable to login into Application

HI Team,

Need your urgent help/suggestions.

We have two MSAD configured Directories (example A & B)along with Native Directory and very recently we have migrated the few users from "A" to new directory called "B" and done a manual added list of the new users for the domain B as the new users have been complained that they were unable to access the Planning Applications.

We have provisioned/added them now in Shared services as they have disappeared from B directory but they did appearing in A directory.

Now the issue is they were able to login into the workspace with empty page and also able to select the planning applications as per their provision but they are getting the error below.
