Error Parsing ServiceProviderGid.Xid Nod

in Oracle Transportation Management (MOSC) Question

Please, can anyone help us on this error we are getting from report R49T90 (Inbound Transmissions Master Router/Parse planning Web and Client)

We are integrating JDE 9.1 to OTM 6.4.1

Once it has run, it shows us the following error:

Subject :

Cause : An error occured while parsing the transaction element node ServiceProviderGid.Xid

Resolution : Correct the xml information and reprocess the UBE

We do not know why the XML could be wrong in the first place, and in case it is wrong how to correct it.
