I am not able to change the repository size for tfa collector

The error I get is

[root@*****archive]# /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/bin/tfactl set reposizeMB=20480

Failed to change repository location to /u02/tfa/repository

To change the repository location, one of the following steps can be taken:

1. Set location to empty directory

2. Set location to previously used repository location
