12.1.3 - eAM - Integration with ERES and AME

We are 12.1.3 customer and plan to implement ERES during eAM workorder completion.

The seeded transaction/event type "EAM workorder completion - SSWA" will address our need. Also there's no approval mechanisms required - the one completes the WO himself is an approver.

Quick questions:

1. Is AME setup mandatory to invoke ERES functionality in EAM WO completion ?

2. We are 12.1.3 customer. Is there any specific patches to be applied or compatibility considerations to use AME and ERES?

3. The current e-signature option is to choose the approve, enter comment and Save. Is there an option of using actual signature (image) stored in user's desktop ?
