What would the ULN equivalent of RHEL repo rhel-7-server-optional-rpms

Goal:  Install Zabbix 3.0.2 on OL 7.2

Problem: getting php reqirement problems

Error: Package: zabbix-web-3.0.5-1.el7.noarch (zabbix)

  Requires: php-mbstring

Error: Package: zabbix-web-3.0.5-1.el7.noarch (zabbix)

  Requires: php-bcmath

I've been instructed to enable a option repository called "rhel-7-optional-rpm" 

Is there a comparable repository in the Oracle Linux repos?
