GET_INDIRECT_COST_FAIL error on GMS Costing and funds checking on Straight time Labor prog.

Hi!

When ran GMS Costing and funds checking on Straight time Labor prog. Burden Cost is failed to calculate with Rejection Reason: get_indirect_cost_fail.

Any input is highly appreciated!
