oracle 12c idle connection time

i have database 12 c rac 12.1.0.1 , i want some users to have more idle conenction time it is default to 10 min , but i want to increase it to 30 minutes

i updated profile and made the changes in sp file and still no changes it disconnect after 10 minutes

any answer for this
