Format Payment Instructions with Text Output Program not picking the output in Log

Output file of the "Format Payment Instructions with Text Output" is being migrated to another folder, and because of this, user is not able to see the output. User wants to see the output either in output / log. I have checked that output can be printed in log file if FND debug is enabled for eText type only. Is there any way to print the output of XSL-XML type in log file. Any help would be appreciated.
