SIM V 13.2.7 Inventory and ORPOS V 14 (Web Service sales update vs Posu)

Hi,

I have a BIG problem, because I'm upgrading our Oracle Retail plattform (MOM, SIM, WMS) from Version 12 to version 13 and ORPOS from version 12 to version 14 and with this combination (ORPOS 14 and SIM 13) we can have Inventory using a Web service.

The problem is our bussines has the habit to do "stock count" with open stores and with the old scenario (posu) we had "units" when we sold a product during a started count and wiith this unit our inventory allways was conciliated.

Now with the new scenario (web service sales update and stock count with open doors) we don't have "units" and we allways have problem with the inventory.
