Trouble applying ER20191331 - CLL_F189: DRILLDOWN FEATURE FOR RI JOURNALS

After follows step by step the ER20191331 available in note 789860.1 which was a soluction to Bug ID 20191331.

The function Drilldown CLL F189 was able to use, but when we try to use the new option nothing happens or returns.

Path: GL_SUPERUSER > Inquiry > Journal > Search for CLL F189 in Source field > Select Any Line > Click Review Journal > Select Any Line > TOOLS > Drill Down CLL F189
