How to update item revision by using API

Hi All,

Need help to update item revision by using API

We entered higher item revision 1 by wrongly and when we try to enter lower revision 0, system wasn't allowing us to create as per seeded functionality.  We checked the below url where it has been mentioned 'The Item Interface also lets you import revision details, including past and future revisions and effectivity dates'

This API provide functionality to create and update Item Revision.
