Getting IBM message "Conversion did not Occur", will this cause me problems?

I am running a procedure that we converted from V5r4 to our V7r1 system and when it is trying to do, Open of Member F4211, I am getting an IBM message that "Conversion did not Occur".

I have compared the F4211 file to what it was on the V5r4 system and they are the same, I have looked at the CCSID settings in the System Values of the 2 systems and they look the same. Can anyone tell be if this will cause me any issues?  The are fields in the F4211 file set to CCSID of 65535 and our system CCSID is set to 37, do not think we were get these messages on the V5r4 system.    Any help will be appreciated, Thanks.
