About the salvage value in the second ledger

Our currency in primary ledger is the local currency TWD, and we set a second ledger with currency USD.

Our problem is

In Aug., the exchange rate is 1 USD to 30 TWD.

We bought a new asset with price TWD 3000, the journal entry value in second ledger is 100(USD)

In Sep., the exchange rate is 1 USD to 31 TWD.

We sold this asset in TWD 3000, the value of this asset is zero in primary ledger

But the journal entry value in second ledger is USD 96.77(TWD 3000/31), so the sold asset value is NOT ZERO in second ledger but it should be.

Is it the nature behavior in Oracle EBS SubLedger?  Or do we have any incorrect setting and cause the issue?

Howdy, Stranger!
