Oracle EBS 11.5.10.2 WIP Can Production Line be used to manage the line capacity

I have defined Production Lines in WIP, we have multiple products that can run through the line. Line capacity is defined as the number of units it can produce per hour regardless of the product. We use discrete Jobs. I am wondering if there is a way to calculate the Production Line load / capacity based on current open discrete jobs and adjust the job quantity to match the capacity.

So scenario would something like this

MRP suggest planned order for five SKU, each belonging to the same production line. We would like to release such order from MRP, and make sure that Production line has enough capacity to produce all the assembly otherwise adjust the quantities. Capacity would be reviewed for a week worth of jobs.
