How to define environment name on Web front page in 9.2

Hi All,

I am trying to define environment name on web front page but i couldn't found the blue page where i can define the environment names like "PY-Test Environment" without that users are not understanding where are they working. you know users are like baby:).

JDE E1 9.2/ 9.2.0.3 and WebLogic 12c on Windows 2012 platform.
