Web JDE PD910 no logo appear and also no EnterpriseOne menu

Hi,

I have newly installed JDE 9.1 TR 9.1.5. When I access the web based client for JPY910 all the menus are there but when I login to JPD910 no menus appeared and also the logo was not there. Is there any problem in my HTML for PD910? Attached here is the screenshot.
