Lock POV produces ADF error

Hello,

When I try to lock the POV, an error message occurs (see attached image).

The error happens only in the DEV system and ONLY in one application.

Which means that we're not looking for a bug.

All I want from you is a little help for fixing this error - maybe updating the appropriate table in the database manually.
