Best file type, MD, MR or Stripe Group, for 50+TB filesystems?

Question:   For a Clustered(non-shared) QFS with at least 50TB+, what filesystem data type would be the better option, MD, MR or Strip Groups??   Those seem to be the only choices supported for HA??
