Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Unable to restrict Collection Plan in Enter Quality form

As per business requirement we need to restrict the Collection Plan LOV in Enter Quality form.

The attached form personalisation for restricting is not working.

We are getting a error message from the standard form : "QA_RESULTS_ERROR_FIND_PLANRG".

Could you please let us know why we are receiving this error?
