Siebel Contact sensitive data masking

Hello,

   We upgraded our Siebel application to IP2015 patch 9.

   Post upgrade we observed that sensitive Cotnact data not getting masked to * charachters while we query first time. But if we query same sensitive contact data then it is getting masked. This functionality is working fine with HI Client.

   The issue observed in IE 11, Chrome and Firefox browsers.

   Anyone can help to resolve this issue would be great help.
