Hello Folks,

I need to extract the data pertaining to open & closed Purchase Orders for specific companies starting from a specific Fiscal Year. In order to achieve this, I wanted to confirm/clarify following questions:

a) Shall I be reviewing the F4301 and F4311 tables? If yes, how exactly are these tables connected? Are these connected via KCOO, DOCO, DCTO and SFXO fields?

b) Which field shall I be using to filter the data for a specific company?

c) Which date field shall I be using to filter the data for a specific time period? I was hoping to have Fiscal Year (FY) field but it does not seem to exist.
