English Version Printing Chinese

Hi,

I am using JDE 9.1 English version. I have setup the CS records for item with Chinese description in F4101D. My user profile on preference is E. I can not print out the Chinese name for items in R48425. Shall I have to change preference to CS in order to print out the Chinese?
