Checking Custom dimensions as part of POV when loading from FDMEE

Hello Experts –

I am working with a customer and having major problems with the fact that when loading from FDMEE to HFM the system seems to only consider standard dimensions when calculating a unique POV and totally disregards custom ones.

Manifestations:

  1. 1.       Every time they reload balance sheet data to C1#CLO they lose everything they have been entering manually into C1#ENT. This has cost them literally days of repeated work.
  2. 2.       When we run over data when loading from two locations into same target entity. This has cost us days of repeated work.

Could you please advise the ideal way of handling these kind of scenarios.
