OSM Automation external receiver task not consuming JMS messages

hi,

we are facing the below issue in one specific environment in a inconsistent manner.

specific OSM automation external receiver task is not consuming the JMS messges automatically. Messages received are pending in the configured queue.

Pending messages are getting consumed and the task is processing only if those messages are pushed manually one by one.

In the logs we are seeing the below exception. we have same cartridges deployed in 6 servers and all those are fine but the below issue is happening in the only one server

Environment details

OSM version- 7.3.0.1.2.2098

weblogic-12c

OS- Linux
