PS 12.2.5 Access Issue

Hi

I found an issue with PS 12.2.5 while testing, where I am able to access all parts of PS, but other users cannot.  For instance, when they right click on a scenario to change its name or approve, all options are greyed out...

Users have the same issue when trying to access Calendars to adjust them.  Has anybody experienced an issue like this before?
