SIM RIB Failure alert from MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE

Hi,

Do we have any feature in SIM RIB to enable alert mail whenever any messages reached max retry count and failed in MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE table. I know we have email alert feature in RIB whenever any messages failed in RIB_MESSAGE table a mail will be triggered(if configured).
