Row Exit not being displayed

Hi community,

I'm having an issue with a row exit. Although there is no Hyper exit security in place, the row exit is not being displayed for a specific user. This is happening for a specific user, there are other users able to see this row exit menu.

App rel: 9.1 / TR: 9.1.5

Any thoughts?
