This is happening after we applied patch 247600000 (12.1.3) in a test environment for testing. It is not happening in Production. Our test instance is only a payroll behind Production. This, of course, is affecting downstream. It is erroring on two assignments which I found. For the life of me I cannot see anything wrong the those. Nor can I find any info on this particular error on MOS.
