How to depreciate an Asset for exactly 30days from the Date placed in service across 2 depreciation

The user wants the depreciation to be calculated for the Asset for 1 month from the DPIS. If the asset is added on 10Oct2016, the asset should be depreciated till 9 Nov 2016. So the depreciation breakup between the 2 months of Oct and Nov should be For Oct 2016 - Depreciate the asset for 22 days - 10Oct to 31 Oct For Nov 2016 - Depreciate the Asset for 9 days - 1 Nov to 9 Nov. What depreciation method be used to satisfy the above requirement?
