Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. when pressbutton Build Business Function face error

log:

failed CALLBSFN.DLL function _ValidateGeoCode@2 Error = 127

I can not find file CALLBSFN.dll.manifest

regenerate Dumpbin:

2181 884 005B8680 _ValidateGeoCodeTaxRateArea@12 = _ValidateGeoCodeTaxRateArea@12
