Concurrent Request in multi-node / RAC environment

ebs r12.1.3, rdbms 11gR2, grid 11gR2

Question about concurrent request in a multi-node / RAC environment.

Say we have 4 nodes EBS and 3 nodes database.

Some concurrent requests are being run on node #1 and for a reason, node 1 crash and server reboot.

Whatever concurrent request that were running on that node, failed and the same can be seen from Concurrent > Request form.

Is there any way to automatically resubmit those request on either remaining node?

I tend to believe no but just want to make sure.

Idea is to avoid human interaction in such case.
