R3483 - "MRPMultiplePlantLoadAndPlan at line 92” causing a memory violation

Out of the blue  our Multi-site regen (R3483) is ending in error with the following error.  has anyone seen this?  Any idea what might cause this issue?

ERROR:

EventRule : Business Function MRPMultiplePlantLoadAndPlan at line 92 for Event 13 in Section Read Item Branch Records has caused a memory violation.
