OTM Integration - having trouble with getting the shipment into EBS from OTM

We are Just getting the first few transactions going after setting up OTM.  We have successfully sent records to OTM and now trying to send the planned shipment back, but the program 'Planned Shipment Interface' completes with a warning.  In the Log it only says that there is at least one trip not interfaced.  The profile settings for

WSH: Default Shipping User for OTM - is set to me.

WSH: Default Shipping Responsibility for OTM - Is set to one of our shipping/OM responsibilities

Anyone have any ideas where to go next?
