Conduct record of students in PS

Hello all,

We have a requirement to enter conduct record of students in PS. We have created a CONDUCT hold for this purpose and using PERSON COMMENT ENTRY to record information of the hearing of the discipline committee against the decisions and grievances filed by students. We have now been asked to look for the attachments in PS, as attachments are required for the purpose of record and evidences. Is there any delivered solution available for the attachments which can be called any time for the reference.

We are currently PS Application release HRMS and Campus Solution 9.00.00.000 and Tools release 8.52.07.
