What is the right procedure to power off and then power on the Exadata Database Machine X3-2 Qarter

I know that first step is turn off the Clsuterware on the DB Servers and then power down DB Servers, than DB Storages and PDUs. Am I right?

When I am going to power on the Exadata I want to be sure for my work.

So can you give me recomendation to start and some wating time after start?

For example.

1. I power on the PDUs. Am I need some time to start the switches?

2. Then I will power on DB storages? What I need to do additionaly or nothing?

3. Then I will start DB Servers. Is Clusterware starting automaticaly?
